Download

I didn't receive my download email

First, check your spam or junk mail folder. The email comes from contact@rightonskill.com.

If you still can't find the email after 15 minutes, contact us with:

  • The email address used during purchase
  • The approximate date of purchase
  • The name of the purchased product

My download link has expired

Download links are valid for 14 days after purchase.

If your link has expired, contact us with your order number (format: cs_live_... or cs_test_...). This number is in the confirmation email you received.

We will send you a new download link.

How to download on iPhone?

On iPhone, when you click the download button:

  • Choose "Save to Files"
  • Select a location (e.g., "On My iPhone")
  • Open the Files app
  • Navigate to the chosen location
  • Tap on the file to play it

I can't play the downloaded file

On iPhone: Use the Files app to locate and play the audio file.

On Android: The file should open automatically with your default audio player. Otherwise, use an app like "Files" or an MP3 player.

On computer: Double-click the file to open it with your default player (VLC, iTunes, Windows Media Player, etc.).

How to use the ringtone file on iPhone?

iPhone ringtone files (.m4r) must be synced via iTunes (Windows) or Finder (Mac):

  • Connect your iPhone to your computer
  • Open iTunes or Finder
  • Drag the .m4r file to the "Tones" section of your iPhone
  • On your iPhone: Settings → Sounds & Haptics → Ringtone
  • Select your new ringtone

Note: iPhone ringtones are limited to 30 seconds maximum.

How to use the ringtone file on Android?

On Android, it's simpler:

  • Download the ringtone file (.ogg or .mp3)
  • Open the Settings app
  • Go to Sounds or Sounds & vibration
  • Tap on Ringtone
  • Choose "Add ringtone" or browse your files
  • Select the downloaded file
